- Accessories, records and large items: Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (we choose based on the item and destination)
- Bicycles (complete bikes, frames, wheels): bicycle courier (Cyclo Express)
- Within about 15 km of our shop, our staff deliver bicycles in person (see "Local delivery" below)
- Store pickup is also available (free)
- International shipping is available for accessories and records only (see "International shipping" below)

- If you order large items or bicycles together with other items, shipping is charged for each
- Remote islands: accessories, records and large items are delivered at no extra charge (delivery to some islands takes longer)
- Bicycles to remote islands incur an additional charge per island on top of the rates above (about ¥1,650–¥17,600; highest for Ishigaki and Miyako). Some islands can't be served, so please ask us before ordering. After you order, we will tell you the amount; if you don't agree to it, you can cancel for a full refund
International shipping
We ship accessories and records only, via Japan Post International Air Packet (tracked, no insurance). Large items and bicycles can't be shipped internationally.

Local delivery (bicycles)
Within about 15 km of our shop (Denenchofu, Ota-ku, Tokyo), our staff deliver your bicycle in person and adjust the fit on the spot.

When we ship
- Accessories, records and large items ship within about 3 business days after your order is confirmed (excluding our closing days)
- Bicycles take about 5 business days to ship, for servicing and packing
After your bicycle arrives
- To fit the shipping box, we remove the front wheel, pedals and handlebar (or the handlebar together with the stem). Depending on the frame size, we also remove the saddle together with the seatpost. The rear wheel stays on as a rule
- You will need to reinstall these parts yourself after delivery
- If you need help with assembly or adjustment, please contact us
Damage or loss in shipping
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos showing the damage. We will check with the carrier and respond
