返金ポリシー

お客様都合の返品・交換

お客様のご都合による返品・交換（イメージ違い・サイズ違い・ご注文間違いなど）はお受けしておりません。中古品・レコード・自転車を含む全商品が対象です（EU（EEA）のお客様は、下記「海外のお客様」の撤回権によります）。サイズや適合がわからない場合は、ご注文前にお問い合わせください。

初期不良・ご注文と異なる商品・配送中の破損

  • 商品到着後7日以内に、ご注文番号と状態がわかる写真を添えて info@hasgrown.com までご連絡ください
  • 確認のうえ、交換または返金で対応します。中古品・一点物など交換できる商品がない場合は返金となります
  • 返送料・再発送の送料は当店が負担します。返送方法はご連絡時にご案内しますので、ご連絡の前に返送しないでください

  • お客様による誤った使用・取り付け・加工が原因の不具合や、お客様の責任による破損は対象外です

中古品・レコード

  • 中古品は当店で状態を確認し、商品ページに記載しています。記載のない大きなキズ・欠け・動作不良（レコードは記載のない音飛びなど）があった場合は、初期不良として対応します
  • 商品ページに記載済みのキズ・使用感や、再生環境による音の違いは対象外です

自転車

  • 到着時の部品の欠品・不具合は、到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。状態を確認のうえ、部品の送付・修理・返品（返金）のいずれかで対応します（費用は当店負担）
  • お客様ご自身での組み立て・調整・改造が原因の不具合は対象外です。組み立てでお困りの際はご連絡ください

受注生産・カスタム品

ご注文ごとに製作・カスタムする商品は、初期不良やご注文（確定した仕様）と異なる場合を除き、返品・交換はできません。

ご注文のキャンセル

  • 発送前（店舗受取・近隣納車の場合は準備完了のご連絡前）であれば、メールでのご連絡によりキャンセルできます。お支払い済みの代金は全額返金します
  • 受注生産・カスタム品を仕様確定後にキャンセルする場合は、それまでにかかった材料費・作業費をご負担いただきます

返金の方法・時期

  • 返品商品の到着・確認後、またはキャンセルの受付後、原則5営業日以内にご注文時の決済方法で返金します
  • カード会社・PayPal の処理により、返金の反映まで日数がかかる場合があります

海外のお客様 / International customers

  • お客様都合の返品は、国内と同じくお受けしておりません（EU（EEA）のお客様を除く）。初期不良・ご注文と異なる商品は、到着後7日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください
  • 海外発送（国際エアパケット）は補償がないため、配送中の紛失・破損は補償の対象外です。ただし EU（EEA）のお客様は、お手元に届くまでの紛失・破損に当店が対応します
  • EU（EEA）のお客様は、商品の受領から14日以内であれば、理由を問わず購入を撤回できます（条件は下記の英文のとおり）

Returns. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, except under the EU/EEA right of withdrawal below. For defective or incorrect items, email info@hasgrown.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. International shipments (Japan Post International Air Packet) are uninsured, so loss or damage in transit is not covered, except for customers in the EU/EEA, where the goods remain at our risk until you receive them.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA). You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by email before the period ends (you may use the form below), then return the goods within 14 days of your notice, at your own cost. We will refund the price of the goods and the original standard shipping charge within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown proof of return, whichever is earlier, and may deduct for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods. Made-to-order/custom items and sealed records unsealed after delivery are excluded.
